Candice is a health coach who works primarily with professionals and entrepreneurs to achieve optimal health, so they can function better in all areas of their lives. She teaches practical, sustainable strategies for wellness that don’t overwhelm, but rather integrate comfortably into everyday life.
Candice used to work in the demanding and stressful environments of advertising and corporate, where putting her health at the bottom of the list left her feeling exhausted and run down. It eventually took its toll, affecting her productivity, stress levels and her ability to focus and cope under pressure. But when she changed what she was putting in her body and introduced some powerful lifestyle strategies, it changed the way she showed up and performed at work. She was healthier, more efficient and more empowered than ever before.
She has a successful private practice and a qualification in nutrition and wellness from the International Academy of Natural Health and Wellness.

Paul van Musschenbroek
Paul is committed to lifelong learning and personal and team growth, believing that transformation is not just part of life, it is critical to life. He has lived this philosophy on his own (continuing) journey to discover that healing, resilience and personal power are not so much a destination, as they are a state of surrender, presence and stillness between the beats of life.
Over a 27 year career Paul has worked with individuals, communities and teams in business and society the world over to explore the possibility that we are at our best when we engage with love, respect, dignity and vulnerability, as opposed to perpetuating the taught cycle of demand and expectation of a dehumanised system.
“We already know all we need to know to be the best versions of ourselves and businesses, we just need to let go some of what we have been taught”.
In his executive and team coaching and leadership program design and facilitation, Paul has become known as a master-challenger who encourages his clients to see the world through different glasses and be open to the potential of being human.
