TLO’s Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) programme meets the compliance requirements for the Skills Development element within the B-BBEE scorecard while providing the individual with 29 credits towards the NC: Occupationally Directed Education and Training Practices (ODETDP) qualification.

4. TRAINING METHODOLOGY
The Learning Organisation’s Hybrid Methodology for the Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) Programme delivers learning on or off-site through a combination of Classroom and Virtual Instructor Lead Training (VILT) simultaneously, enabling local and international participation in our learning programmes.
Our state-of-the-art facility incorporates the use of multiple technologies to deliver an immersive, captivated, and engaging learning experience.
The programme is delivered as a highly practical and experiential workshop facilitated by an expert industry ODETDP facilitator. Learners are encouraged to complete formative assessments in class and the final portfolio’s need to be submitted 4 weeks after the completion of the learning programme.
