1. OVERVIEW
In our disruptive world we are often faced with new acronyms making waves, with NLP specifically, creating quite a stir around the world. If you’re into AI, you’re probably thinking Natural Language Processing, but if you’re people focussed, you’re definitely thinking Neuro-Linguistic Programming, yet there’s still so many misconceptions, especially in SA about the true value of applying Neuro-Linguistic Programming thinking in everyday life.
Many call NLP an art and a science, which it is, but in essence it is about increasing your observational skills, building upon your emotional intelligence by putting you into the driver seat as a responsible and accountable human being. You may have heard the following sayings: “It’s not what happens to you in life, but about what you do with what happens,” or “It’s not where you come from, but where you’re going,” or “You are where you are because of the actions or non-actions you’ve taken”. Well, this course will let you experience these sayings and more, but you get to test it for yourself during this workshop by measuring your results.
So, the acronym NLP stands for Neurology (how the mind works), Linguistics (the use of language) and Programming (the internal programmes that run between the mind and what we say). All of these play a role in our behaviour and ultimately the results we achieve. So, NLP Thinking deals with influence, how you influence or prefer to be influenced, how you take charge of your life, make decisions and intentionally direct your behaviour.
Although the principles of NLP can be applied in every aspect of your life, NLP Thinking is especially useful in sales, customer service, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

This 2-day workshop will introduce you to the foundational principles of NLP thinking, which is a pre-requisite for any other NLP related training courses.

4. TRAINING METHODOLOGY
All training interventions can be facilitated via Online, Virtual Instructor-Led Training, Face-to-Face, or through a Custom Blended approach. We highly recommend that this training is done Face-to-Face.
This state-of-the-art Skills Programme is designed to run at a high level of participation and interaction. Video clips are used for understanding and integration.
Upon Skills Programme completion, a report will be provided with the facilitator’s feedback on the delegates performance which identifies areas for further development.
