2. PROGRAMME OVERVIEW
People credited with this unit standard are able to carry out assessments in a fair, valid, reliable and practicable manner that is free of all bias and discrimination, paying particular attention to the three groups targeted for redress: race, gender and disability.
3. TARGET AUDIENCE
This course is designed for those who assess people for their achievement of learning outcomes in terms of specified criteria using pre-designed assessment instruments.

4. TRAINING METHODOLOGY
All training interventions can be facilitated via Online, Virtual Instructor-Led Training, Face-to-Face, or through a Custom Blended approach.
Demonstrations, role-plays, experiential exercises, discussion activities and videos are used to encourage participation among delegates. Upon course completion, a report will be provided with the facilitator’s feedback on the delegate’s performance which identifies areas for further development
Upon course completion, learners will be required to do a formal Portfolio of Evidence (PoE) to obtain the 15 credits from ETDP SETA and be registered as an Assessor.
